4runner TRD Pro

I prefer *******, but yes. Just trying to talk some sense into you. Nothing wrong with wanting to keep it clean, I like to too - but complaining that you got your extremely capable off-roader dirty is laughable. Sorry, no hard feelings but it's the truth.

again I love getting it dirty i never said anything to the contrary (I cant believe im taking this troll bait)....... :brick:

I just wish there was a way to keep dirty water from shooting into the engine bay while I hit mud puddles at speed... cleaning the engine bay is a PITA and maybe i'm a bit OCD ... you can laugh all you want you're not going to bother me.... :) :bounce:

This is mine...got it back in November. It's about to break 5000 miles. I have 3 questions:
1) Are there any rocker switches that fit the stock holes in the dash where I can add aux. lighting?
2) Best rock sliders/step combo?
3) Mine keeps getting this odd jerky sensation when maintaining speed around 45 mph (rpm 1200) and the dealership has no clue...any ideas? Tires are balanced. Almost feels like a warped rotor sensation but I'm maintaining speed and not using the brakes.
Thanks in advance!

I researched extensively and decided to get the Shrockworks with dimpled tread plates. I haven't received them yet but I've heard nothing but good reports.

Received the 2015 TRD Pro TSB recently from Steven Landry on the ATL4R FB page.

T-SB-0009-15 TRD Pro Bumper/Fender Interference

It documents what is done for the fender mod/cut done at port. The file is 8Mb, thus I can't attach it and don't have space/site to host this. Can someone assist in hosting and/or posting this file? I looked at the FAQ and it mentions limits on the attachment size.

EDIT:
I will add or update the TSB thread or embed the link also.

If you want to PM you could send it my way and I can host and post it.

Try this site. There is also a place in Australia that has OEM looking ones that come from a toyota prado 150

What I don't get about this is why they don't have the tech apply touch up paint to the cut. Just dose not make a lot of sense to me. I will just have to ask my dealer to give me a tube.

What exactly are they cutting at the port?? Plastic or metal? And I really don't understand why?
The only difference from stock is a mild leveling, different wheels and a tire change in stock size. Where exactly is the issue?

Possible difference is when a company/factory makes changes they have to comply with government stringent regulations. So any rub at full lock or possibly full lock over a bump with a rub might cause need for change. Just a guess...
ALSO, I believe the full lift that was seen in preproduction was more for the same reasons. Example, maybe a higher lift changed the roll over rating. Remember this a limited edition and not a "one off" so these things apply.
