LOL, I have a Jeep Also(my cement was supposed to arrive today) but not trading it in as I feel I can get much more for it selling it privately. Nice job, white is timeless and will stand the test of time. I already have lift, spidertrax, sprintbooster, etc ordered to put on mine when it arrives. Won't go crazy like the jeep(this is the family mobile, we are expecting our first kid).
How long was yours at port before it shipped? Mine is currently at Newark (probably where they come through for our market). Mine is supposed to be here next week, my dealer says.
Where in VA are you. I am just outside DC and I initially spec'd a white TRD back in July. Dealer called me last week and said they could swap a Tacoma that was allocated to them for a Cement 4Runner and that he would call me when he knew more.

actually I need to change my sig, I moved to charleston from VA 1 year ago. Mine is coming from Jacksonville, can check with my salesperson on how long it's been there.
I was in arlington, va now in SC. Quite Honestly I test drove a 2015 Trail edition and ending up getting my jeep instead. The only reason I am back to a 4runner is need a family friendly rig and the cement color looks incredible in person. So if your dealer can get one go for it. I looked at the tacoma's but everyone on Tacomaworld is crying about the "camry"motor and the transmission. Plus with a kid on the way and big dog, the 4runner makes more sense.

Des anyone know the % tint the back windows come with? My old jeep had limo tint in the back - helped with security as nobody can peek in and see bags/boards/etc. Do I need to get more tint on those back windows?

I received word yesterday from the dealership manager that my 2017 TRD pro was at port in California. He told me possibly at the beginning of next week is when it should get to the dealership. I ordered a cement color beginning of December fingers crossed it's early in the week . I asked him to get me a Vin number if it all possible and he told me he give me one by Friday hope he's right
If it's allocated he has a VIN already. When he provides the VIN ask him how long it has been at the port. I'm waiting for one as well and trying to gauge people's experience in wait time.

Also wondering the wait time. Mine got to port yesterday and I'm told it's anywhere from 4-8 days of processing and then it ships. I'm hoping I have mine next week.

Seems to be very situational. I got my invoice with VIN late December and was told it would be at dealer in Northern Nevada 1st week in January. Still waiting. Keeps getting pushed out a week at a time....latest word is this Friday. Not holding my breath.
A delay that long usually means they were repairing bodywork caused from transit.

If you wait a year you will not be able to get the current version of the 5th Gen 4Runner. My understanding is this is the last year for this model version. I guess you can buy a used one.
