Nice! Post some pics when you get them in if you don't mind. The fact that they don't offer paint or powder coat kinda stinks but I think they are still the best option on a PRO. My Nfab steps might be coming off sooner than later.

No problem. I'm hoping they get here before I grab my rig so I can finish them, take them with me, install them after picking it up, and then drive it home afterwards. Otherwise, I'll have to wait until I get back to do it.

Looking for RED

Does anyone back east (and I mean anywhere other than CA) know of any dealers with a red TRD Pro that are selling for sticker? Hamer Toyota here in CA got one yesterday but those loons want 10k over sticker for it. Seeing as most of the buzz on these forums is over the cement color I figure I might have a better chance at getting the red color I want. Had a cement 2013 FJ TT, like the color but ready for a change. Please PM if you have leads and thanks ahead of time for the help.

How long was it at port for before being shipped? Just trying to get a rough estimate. Mines been at port 2 days in Newark, so I know its early still!

As far as I know, there is no change with the tires from previous year 4R TRD Pros.

I'd ask the dealer to pull off that rear TRD badge before I brought it home. Looks silly.

So I am about a month away from placing my order. I have placed calls to numerous dealerships, all giving somewhat differing responses; some saying yes, we can order, it takes 6 weeks, only xx deposit, come on in! to others talking about allocation, waiting lists, can take up 3-4 months, etc. So obviously some of these guys can be pulling your leg and saying what they can to get you in the door, but what are did your experience fall in line with? I am in the Seattle area.

A lot of dealers, especially if you're talking to the internet sales people, don't know what they are talking about. You can place an order, but dealers don't know what their allocation will be until they are released. Bigger dealers that move more cars are likely to get more allocation.

You can either order from one of the larger dealers or possibly Idaho. I almost purchased from a dealer there.

I can say that 99% of the TRD Pros that you will see listed are already sold units. They still post them online, probably just to get a call from you. If you want a Pro put the $500 deposit and be prepared to wait a bit. You might get lucky, but no dealers know what their future actual allocation will be. Good luck out there!!!

My cement came in last week but have to fly out to pick it up. Unfortunately I can't leave until next Friday. Hard waiting knowing its been there for over a week...

I'd check in Nevada or Arizona. I talked to a few dealers there that guaranteed MSRP. If in SoCal you can check Cabe Toyota in Long Beach. They guaranteed MSRP, but you may have to wait a while. They are a smaller dealer but were great when I talked to them.

I was ready to fly to Montana, Utah, Maine(all places I was able to find dealers who do high volume and therefore get more pro's to sell) I am very glad and feel like I got lucky as hell. I just started submitting requests on the toyota website for local dealers. So as luck would have it, the dealer 18 miles from my calls me 5 minutes later and says we have one in allocation no waitlist no bs, I say you are kidding and they are like nope.. cement pro coming 1/18/17(maybe no one down here knows the 2017's are out or the new color)I was like here's my credit card for the deposit.

And if all goes as planned pick her up tomorrow. I feel for people in Cali and other high demand markets, so maybe be prepared to go to another state to get it. I was actually looking forward to flying to montana and driving cross country through the snow and mountains to break in the new truck. But got lucky and found one right in my backyard.

There is officially one in Dallas but I haven't heard of any one else getting one. Some one mentioned Sterling McCall in Houston and they are scheduled to get one in on the 22nd. So I imagine others will happen this week or next week too.

Pre-ordered mine and it hit the dealer in Ft. Worth last week. It was on the first shipment. Flying out to pick it up next Friday. Wanted to go this past weekend but didn't work out.

If you ordered one they should be coming in soon.
