I called several shops in So Cal to get quotes to install a Cornfed 2/1.5 spacer kit and the cheapest was $445 w/ alignment. Alignment makes up $85-$95 of that total. Three other shops were $450-$475 inc. alignment and one at $660 :der:

For that price, I decided I will DIY with a couple buddies tomorrow morning.

I am happy for everyone getting their Pro's but and I know I will get flamed for this but I just do not feel the Cement color. Fully aware its this years unique color but had I made the jump earlier I would have rather had Inferno or Quicksand. I stumbled onto My Barcleona so I pulled the trigger on it (was sitting on the lot unsold) traded my Inferno Taco in on it. Keep fighting the good fight to rope one in though boys

Get flamed? Not from me. For each there own. Not everybody like's or love's the cement color. The Bar Red looks badass on the Pro's, as well. Cement is my personal choice, but I don't expect everybody to think it's all that.

Everyone has their own tastes. I saw a post by a new owner who raved about the color of their Super White TRD Pro. Having traded a Iceberg White FJ Cruiser for my Barcelona Red Pro, I can say I personally would not have traded for another white vehicle, but that is me. I also bought the White FJ over the 2013 Cement TT that I test drove when buying the 2012.

I was up in arms over the Red or Cement Pro and could have lived with either. The real key for me, is the local dealer where I bought my FJ (and eventually traded for the Pro) came up with a Red Pro, so that is where I went and they did the deal with me.

Personally, I like the red, as when I bought the FJ it was between that and a Red 4Runner Trail (as they did not have the TRD Pro 4Runner models back in 2012).

I liked it, but I wanted red. Always have been a sucker for Red, and that's probably why I overpaid a bit too.

I think the cement is a subtle gem. I wasn't a fan on the site, and then wandered past one in Portland about a month ago and was sort of mesmerized by the finish. I think it will age well. The reds and oranges of years past impress me as well. I know it's sight unseen, but I'm not thrilled about blue being the special color for 2018.

As for white, all my vehicles have been white or off white.
I like the blank canvas.
That said, especially in the SF Bay Area, it's a grimy color within two days of a wash, due to the pollutants off the bay.

Has anyone used this lift kit? I'm picking my pro up next week and want to get it lifted. Will this affect the ride at all? I don't want to do anything that will affect the pro suspension but would like to have it lifted. Thanks!

Awesome, thinking about adding the Toytec's too. I'd love to get 285's after I do, but I'm worried about how badly they'd rub with this combo. Have you had any issues?

Those are the stock TRD Pro rims right? Someone was telling me you couldn't go larger than a 275 on them, but I guess they might have been confused and were thinking about the rubbing? Guessing you did the little shaving trick?

The Pro rims are only 7" wide. Tire manufacturers recommend going 7.5" as a minimum wheel width if going 285.

Picked up my TRDP back at the beginning of March. Now sitting at just under 8,000 miles after several road trips ranging from 500 to 1600 miles round trip, lots of commute driving, and a handful of off-road outings.

Big fan of the TRDP so far. There are definitely some things I wish were better, but I'm glad I bought it.

I had the dealer do everything to keep the warranty in order. They charged a premium of course. So with that said [MENTION=156832]spizike9[/MENTION] I guess if something goes horribly wrong I can go back to toyota.
