Thanks! This was a "light painting" project where I used a 1 ft square LED light panel on a painter's pole taking around 50 different exposures and then blending them together in Photoshop. With the shutter on bulb for each exposure, I would make a sweep with the LED. Separate exposures had different sweeps of the light. Lots of fun but a bit time consuming.

Makes perfect sense... cool technique.
Playing with light was one of my favorite things about photography.
You can achieve a bunch of amazing things even without post processing.

Stock one was dropping below 12v a bit too often and I have a lot of toys plugged in and try not to keep the engine running all the time. The AGM batteries give you a deeper cycle reserve power better cranking power. Most police and emergency vehicles use this type over standard batteries and its not that much more $. You also dont have to worry about gassing and leaks with angles when on trails.

Sounds better and compliments the Borla exhaust for better breathing. It feels more responsive but without putting in on a dyno I couldn't give you a definitive HP gain.

That is pretty low voltage... what is your total load on the electrical system?
Even with a battery capable of more amp hours, deeper discharge capability, and less voltage drop under load, you are still running on borrowed time without an alternator upgrade (assuming your loads are putting out more than you are putting in).
Still a really nice battery... pretty much top of the line until you get into a different chemistry.

stock alternator is incapable of charging up the AGM battery without this booster or something similar.

You can make one for less than $1 using a blown fuse and a soldering gun.
50 cents for a diode
50 cents for a PTC fuse.
All you need to do is trick the ECU to seeing a lower charge voltage. They probably do this using a diode in series, which lowers the voltage because of the diodes forward voltage drop.

Picked up my brand new TRDP yesterday and while driving home heard clunk noise under rear left seat. Feels like metal hitting the suspension.
I checked trunk compartment with tools to make sure they are not loose etc but the clunk is still there. Exactly same spot every time.
Have morning appointment at my dealer but slightly pissed. Anyone experienced same issue?

Just ordered a TRD CAI. Thanks for the idea. Did you do the install yourself. Debating on self install or have dealer do it.

She's finally home. Drove to tinting shop straight from the dealer and added Pinnacle Formula One 15% all around ceramic film. Also added amber film for the fogs.
Does mounting the license plate to the grill like that affect the cooling ability of the radiator?
Could it cause any issues?

Did it myself. Took about 2 hours. The part that took me the most time was modifying and re-taping the wiring harness. Its definitely a DIY project

I replaced my 07 Tahoe battery with an Odessy Extreme couple of years ago with the stock alternator and never had a problem. Will keep an eye on it but they only thing that is required is the $5 height adapter. Here is the link if anyone is interested:

Thanks, its was just tired, I was one of the first in NE to get a TRDpro in 2014 so the stock battery has had 3 hard years and 2 winters (Not in a garage). Will keep an eye on voltage. This thing has been steady at 12.8 - 12-9v past couple of days.

Is it feasible to put a 3rd row in a TRD Pro or TRDOR? My wife wants a new 4Runner with 3rd row, I hate the SR5 and Limited.
