Honestly i would t bother with spacers, i've had them and they are pretty lame. i'd sell those spacers and save up some money for shocks and coils. i know bunch of people that can ship stuff over sea for you.
 
you could probably just get a tape measure and pull some measurements to see if they will align right

No hagas caso k te digan k no le pongas los spacers sí 2wd no gastes más k los spacers es más que suficiente para andar en la calle normal y levantarla para k se vea bien. Yo no creo k le queden los de la land cruiser pero no pierdes nada intentando, suerte. Y manda unos galones de gasolina k allá está k la regalan vdd ?
 
Que suerte la tuya yo lleno mi tanque con 80 dolares, mmm I guess the best thing u can do is measure while they're on to see if they'll fit.
Take measurements of the spacers and post them here maybe someone else has measurements of the 4runner spacers if they match then try them on
 
i'm guessing...but I would think the LC coils are a bit wider than the 4runners. so its gunna be a loose fit..which won't be good. I'm trying to recall when i put my LC coils on..if they sat snug in the groves with the rear bumpstops...i think it did though..hopesomeone chimes in

mines 2wd i lifted with OME..just go for used parts and its cheaper...I still owe the person for the OME front setup..if you are out there..if you see this ..i have not forgotten!

Yes, they will fit perfectly.

3rd gen 4runners, 1st gen Tacomas ( front ) and LC Prados share the same suspension system.

Take the t4r4life advice. The suspension will feel harder due to the spacers.
