Actually that's called a bootlegger turn.
She did a really good bootlegger turn there.
The Bootlegger is a fast move once a driver saw that he was blocked in to go into reverse and about 30+ mph, hit the parking brakes to lock the rear wheels, then turn the steering wheels and spin the car around, release the rear brakes and slam it into drive and step on the gas pedal. On ice and snow she did not need to lock the rear to spin the car around.
It just trashes the tranny and drive line and tires, but could get you out in an "emergency". Still a very important counter ambush technique in executive protection courses where you get blocked in and have to get out fast.
The other technique is the "J hook" where you drive forward, hit the parking brake to lock the rear tires, snap the steering wheel to spin the back out to the front, release the parking brake and hit the gas. A practiced driver/stunt man can change lanes into the opposite direction and take off the other way.
