4runner - won't start

I took my truck to the dealership today (been working a bit too much recently so decided that's it's more convenient for 'pros' to take care of some stuff). Services that were performed:
- replace transmission fluid
- wash engine (it was really dirty after 2 trips to Burning Man).

Anyway - after coming back home and turning the truck off, I've tried starting it again and it wouldn't even turn - just a fast clicking noise from under the hood. All the lights on the dash would turn on - just the truck wouldn't start - no turning, just clicking

Checked the battery (12.6V), re-checked battery contacts, looked if anything obvious is disconnected (nope). Placed a not very pleasant call to the dealership.

Gave it a couple more tries with more clik-click-click-click.

By the time tow truck arrived and we tried to jump start it before towing - the battery was completely dead (no lights on the dash and it wouldn't even click, even after connecting jumper cables from the tow truck).

The truck got towed to the dealership just at closing time and they'll be looking at it tomorrow.

What am I looking at? How should I talk to them tomorrow?

Lesson for the future - if you can do something yourself, DON'T use a dealership.

Sounds like the starter contacts. Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago search it on here. I went to Aers Auto Electric in North Van and picked up a new set of starter contacts. Took me a few hours on a Saturday morning wrestling with the starter but managed to change the contacts with the starter still in the engine bay as per one of the threads on here. My old ones were pitted and didn't look too bad but it's started every time since...no more click, click, click. New contacts cost me $15.00. way cheaper than a new starter

and the winner is - negative battery terminal.

no idea how they messed it up during cleaning the engine.

the truck is up and running again.

They actually fixed the no-start issue for free - paid $22 for the battery terminal. free tow too.
