I purchased truck with leaking transfer case ( PO over torqued the fill nut and put jb weld on there), was a very small leak but my OCD got the best of me. So I purchased a new transfer case face and installed. When I was disassembling the case the actuator rods came out. So i replaced both actuator o rings and any replaceable gasket ( this was 8 months ago). Installed actuator and timing is off, so no 4LO and no Center diff lock. The transfer case runs fine and no leaks (mobil 1 synthetic). Ive tried and tried to retime but gave up. The actuator itself is fine and does not bind nor have any oil intrusion, just the timing is off. So if you want an assembled transfer case ready to bolt up with no 4LO or Center lock or if you need a perfect actuator that needs to be retimed here ya go. At this point I will not separate. I may eventually figure out the retiming and sell for what its worth but until then its up for grabs. Im in SOMD. Its pretty heavy, but really easy to install.
