two kinds of keys
My 04 came to me with three keys. I picked the least worn looking one at first. Come to find out, it is a valet key. It does not work in the glove box. I looked in the owners manual and it said that the black keys are the fully functional ones and the one with the dark grey rubber is the valet key. No wonder it didn't show any wear. I hung that one up and use the black topped key.

Windows on rear doors
I like how the windows on the rear passenger doors go ALL the way down, not just 1/2 or 3/4 the way down as on most vehicles.

Sun Glasses Holder
For some reason I never use the original compartment to hold my sun glasses. You know...the one that folds down. Instead, I like to hang them from the Oh Sh#$ bar that is in-between the driver's side window and the windshield. You can't lose them when they are right in front of you and they don't block any of your view when looking out the window/windshield. Try it and you won't use that other little compartment again.

Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but just noticed this yesterday. The sunroof/moonroof has an auto feature. Just click it open & it opens all the way, closes the same way too. Didn't know it did that. Been holding the button down the whole time. Just wish all the windows were like that.
Ditto...I would like to know this as well.
I did some searching after I asked this question and found lots of threads on this topic, likely the reason nobody replied to it.

You can buy blank key on ebay. Program it by yourself and cut it in locksmith. One already programmed master key needed to program another.

Cooler (kinda)
Wife & I noticed on recent trip how cool the inside of the center console stays when the AC is on during the summer months. It won't chill your can of pop, but it will keep it from getting warm. Stays cool because of the AC vents on the back of the console for rear passengers. Not sure if those rear vents are standard or optional. Ours is '08 Limited.

My '07 SR5 has those vents. My dog loves 'em!
My iPod probably loves the cooler temps in the center console/armrest as well.

Noticed today that the plastic removable cup holder partition in front of the gear shift is adjustable! Totally thought it was just a partition but accidentally knocked one of the plastic fingers to the side and thought I broke it. I can finally keep my Red Bulls safe now!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the doors actually will lock when your 'slow passenger' finally gets out and shuts the door. It stops the annoying beeeeepppp but I think you have to push the lock button on your remote again to actually lock the doors.

The auto close windows (I believe its just the driver and rear window) actually have an auto jam feature were if the window is auto closing and it senses something jammed/in its way of closing it stops auto closing and opens half way.
That was also a cool feature I dont think has been said...I tested it on my driver window with my finger and it worked great....ALTHOUGHT the owners manual clearly states for obvious reason that you shouldn't use body parts to test this function, so if anyone gets their fingers chopped off it not my fault haha.
