What is the best fitting front bumper for the 06+ style fenders? Really wanted a shrockworks, but it looks like it leave a nasty little gap.
Anyone?
Update for Northwest Trail Innovations (vancouver, wa).
They now have a rear bumper as well, starting around $490 and runs up to $1290 with all the options.
NWTI sliders are now made by Full Force Metalworks (also in Vancouver). They are HREW, bolt on and with or without kickout, and top plate options. With kickout and topplate, mine were about $300 installed, with me doing the painting. Just took 3 months to get them and they creak more than my old S10 did. Still need to get down there and tighten them more.
Do you have pictures of your sliders? That's a really good price! Wouldn't mind driving down to Vancouver for that!
I haven't grabbed any pics since they were installed
Thanks for the picture! Think I'll have to give Full Force a ring since I'll be heading down to Portland next month so I might as well stop by Vancouver to get a pair. Hopefully tightening the bolts get rid of your squeaking.
Sorry, new here but i have a 2005 Toyota 4 runner 4.7 V8 and i want to do a small lift 3" not sure what is best, looking to raise truck up maybe a leveling kit? i don't want to the way it rides. Also i want a new exhaust, maybe a Flowmaster or something nice for more power and sound? any help would be great. Last thing is i am looking to upgrade my stock radio with a navigation touch, voice controled gps and back up camera. It sounds like this is the 4runner place to git her done!
Great thread, thanks for updating it.
The 4th Gen comes with some skidplates, however functional they may be, but what exactly are the stock locations? Wondering if I'm missing one on my '07 because the t-case is exposed and it seems like an unfortunate rock encounter could sheer the actuator right off.
Did a Google search and there's plenty on skidplates, including aftermarket versions for the t-case, but unless I missed it, there wasn't a list or diagram of all the plates that came on a stock 4th Gen.
Which reminds me, did all trim levels have the same set of plates?

Here’s my 4x4Labs front bumper.

I looked on their website and could only find a rear bumper for the 4th gen, do you happen to know if they still make the front bumper?
