4th Gen Differential Compatibility?

So I was talking to a member who was looking at a Detroit Locker for his 4Runner and found one that fit a T100. I was unable to give him a definitive answer in regards to whether or not it would work.

A link I found in one of my older threads showed a lot of helpful information, but it seems that it doesn't touch on what differentials the V8 vehicles use. (All literature suggests its the same axle and carrier, but I wanted to make sure.)

Erik's Toyota Differential info

Just curious if you guys have made this work in any of your 4Runners:
Toyota Tacoma, T100 Rear Locker - TT 913A610

I can positively say that the V8 uses the same axle as the V6. Most literature refers to it as the Toyota V6 axle, but I have seen it called a turbo. I am pretty certain that the front is the same 8" reverse clamshell. I recently pulled my third memeber and installed a spartan locker and the one I ordered was for the V6 axle and it fit perfectly.

From a quick look it appears that it would work but I would call the guys at ECGS, they are usually very helpful.

So the only difference is the ADD actuator on the v6 front?
