Just did a full brake job (rotors, calipers, pads) on my 2003 SR5 4Runner. I removed the spidertrax wheel spacers as I have new wheels coming but the front left wheel will not mount as it now hits the caliper. Caliper is same as stock OEM. The only change I think that might account for this is when I replaced the front hubs with new hubs with bearings already installed. Any ideas?

SR5 so you probably have the 16" wheels ... did you confirm the stamping on the new caliper to match the old caliper? There are 2 different sizes/calipers for the 4Runner.
The only thing I can think of is you installed the larger calipers which are known not to fit behind the smaller 16" wheels.
