4th-gen Keyless Remote Programming

I just got an extra remote for my '03 4Runner and was wondering if anybody knew if the programming directions in this thread will work for the 4th-gens. Thanks!

Never mind, the directions didn't work, but I did find the ones that do work. Just for future reference if anybody needs it:

Thank you so much. For anyone wanting to program a remote for an '03 or '04, these instructions do work. I just programmed mine successfully.
