4th gen LR Suspension Sag After FJ Swap

I noticed yesterday that the Left Rear suspension is sagging about an inch lower than the Right Rear. I measured from the top of the fender to the ground, and from the bottom of the mudflaps to the ground on both sides. I've done the fj swap and had it professionally installed. The fj coils on the rear had about 30k miles on them when I bought them. Tire pressure is identical on all 4 tires. Could anything contribute to this besides a faulty spring? Seems strange to me that a Toyota spring has crapped out after 30k miles. Input is appreciated.

I bought and installed FJ springs that had 40k miles on them and there fine. double check what Chaz posted and make sure they were installed on the correct side first.

Since you paid someone else, did you watch the install? If your 1" off they may have mixed the springs up and kept one factory spring in. Do you still have the other set "factory set"? If so set them side by side and see if one is larger than other. Also go underneath and look at the 2 rears and compare, see if one is setting different than other etc. This to me is the problem with having someone else do the work..

Deeds, I wouldnt rule out the FJ swap with this instance, many many many are happy with the swap, very rare to have problems.

I would have installed it myself, but I am a college student and the "shop" is at my parent's house 500 miles away and I have a friend that works as a mechanic and went through him, locally.

The fronts are installed on the correct sides. Driver is yellow/grey. Passenger is green/grey. Rears are both purple. I still have the factory set and they are identical. Rear springs are set in the correct spot, as I would have done.

I wonder if simply switching the rear coils with eachother would fix this? Before installation I measured their height against eachother and they're identical. There was no way to know that one side would be stiffer than the other...

Deeds, coincidentally my problem is the only one I've ever heard of. Don't let my situation jade all FJ swaps. It is a good system, reguardless.

To my knowledge the rear coils are identical, it's only the fronts that are different. I'd check to make sure the rear springs are seated properly, outside of that I'm not sure what would cause the issue.
