If you're not after a change in sound, go find a 5th gen take off.
I regularly see OEM exhausts < $100 with low miles and no rust. Pick up some felpro gaskets for cheap and you have an OEM quality exhaust that will bolt directly up to your 4th gen. Occasionally TRD exhausts even pop up for a reasonable price if you want a little more noise.
Mine was $80ish for a 2021 muffler + tailpipe and all I did was add new hangers and gaskets during the install. Under $150 all in and I know it'll last a good long while.
