4th gen nav/ radio cant set presets

So I'm the new guy here. I've been looking at other threads and can't find anything on this. I know I should be able to to the preset number to do so but it's not worki g... Any ideas or anything I'm missing. It's an 03 ltd with the premium sound. Thanks in advanced guys.

Just hold down the button for a bit. 15 seconds or so.

So I'm basically not being patient enough. It just changes to that preset. I just bought it two days ago I'm still learning. So far love it minus the Dr side axle seal leak.

15 seconds? Shouldn't take that long.

Screen button should be held for 2-3 sec for the station to entered as a preset. You will hear a "beep" when it is done.
