4th gen radio wiring the same as a 3rd gen?

I'm looking at purchasing an aftermarket head unit that was wired up for a 4th gen. Is the wiring harness the same as a 2002 3rd gen?

My research online seems to indicate this, but I am hoping someone can confirm it. Thanks!

From everything I've seen yes the harnesses appear to be the same
