4th Gen remote start and security

Had the Viper 5901 installed after 2 windows were beat in and a few thousand dollars worth of stuff stollen...

The installer had to order a different remote start modual and could not find the wire to tap in to the window down control on the factory remote. Anyone know where this is? Thanks in advance and if it is already covered sorry in advance. I searched 10 different keywords or so and didnt get anything.

i think u have to run wires to the tailgate and tap off the key switch , since they are the wires where u want to start at.

If your rear window rolls up/down when you put your key in the door key cylinder, then all you have to do is extend the outputs of your lock/unlock and change to validity. Then when you hold the lock button, window rolls up...hold unlock, window rolls down.

Otherwise you have to go to the window switch in your car and use 3 relays.
