I waited three months to have the twin sticks, and harness made from Rock Solid Toys. Unfortunately, I’m selling the 4Runner now to get a Tundra to tow my trailer. Everything is new in box, includes the twin sticks with knobs, base plate, ADD plug-n-play wiring harness, and shift boots. I also have an FJ Cruiser Manual T-Case available that is still strapped to the pallet from LKQ.

Looks like you do need the front diff because those are selectable, or at least that's what is on their website. But I do know some older Dodges where there is no ADD for the front differential, but it causes the front driveshaft to spin all of the time.
