4th Gen rotors, 5th Gen Calipers ?

Hey guys, a few years ago I did the 5th Gen brake upgrade, rotors and calipers. However I guess I missed the part about the rear rotors not fitting correctly and causing a clicking noise when in reverse. Well I’ve put up with the noise for sometime now and I’m to the point of needing new rotors because one is warped. So for you guys that have that done the 5th Gen upgrade, do the 5th calipers fit on the 338mm 4th Gen rotors? I’ve seen some threads where the pistons are slightly wider but couldn’t find a definite yes/no.
