4th gen sport wheels- perfect stance

I just bought the 17" 4th gen sport wheels for the golden pearl. I'm thinking about getting 285/70 17 bfg all terrains to wrap on them. I didn't find the exact back spacing after a few minutes of searching so I wanted to ask for the community's opinion. With this wheel/tire combo I'd want these to be flush with the fenders, if not slightly set in. Do you think 1" spacers all around would push it past? It seems adapters begin at 1" and I'm not keen on the idea of putting over-the-stud spacers and shortening the length of the stud. There is also the issue of rubbing the uca but it's kind of a hit and miss with the setup...as a note I will be running toytec coilovers when these go on. Thanks for any input and can't wait to get this thing off the ground!

if you put spacers on they will push them out side the finders unless you have either limited, sport or the black SR5 flares. i had those wheels before i traded them for my tundra wheels(i think they are a better looking wheel jmo) and they were almost flush with my finders with 265 75 17s i just have the small SR5 flares

Don't hate on him, I actually wrote that post for him last night haha. He doesn't want to take pictures until it gets somewhere but I'm convincing him to take more shots. Trust me though once he starts going with it he'll be posting them up without a doubt.

You can get spacers smaller than 1 in. Ebay has 8mm spacers

Not sure if these are the wheels you are talking about, but they are 17" 4th gen wheels with the larger flares.

that would have been a 265/75/17 tire on there in that picture. These wheels tucked under more than stock or the FJ wheels I have now do. (To the point that the tire would rub frame on full lock). I would think a 1" spacer would bring you back to stock or a .5" out from stock. I've never been a fan of spacers which is one reason why I sold those wheels and bought the FJ's. (now i'm considering spacers or new wheels again).

I may have better shots of the truck with those wheels that will give you a better idea of what you are looking at with no spacer.

and for reference that was with the 99 "tall" springs only for a lift.

But they are not bolt on and nor tire shop will touch your rig with out bolt on spacers. Not to mention, you will have to get longer wheel studs cause the stock studs won't work with those spacers -there won't be enough threads to bolt the wheel on... 1" is the smallest spacer that will work. And that should give you the desired look
