First off, I love being a part of the T4R nation. This forum has been such a blessing. I just wanted to take a minute and see if anyone is running this specific setup on a 4th gen T4R. I have an 04' V8 4wd btw:
-Bilstein 5100s all around. Front set to 2.5"
-Daystar 1.5" rear spacer.
-Used FJC all around.
-1.25" wheel spacers
The reason for my post is MOST discussions I've read, and I've been doing a lot of research here, ppl will set the front 5100s at 1.75". I currently run a Daystar 2.5/1.5 spacer lift and plan to run my new setup 0.5" taller. Just ordered my new shocks and will get the spacers Friday. I've read that the diff drop kit is basically worthless. Just trying to see what other members think. I know that the common rule of thumb is >3" of lift will result in troubles, hopefully this setup will only net 3" max in the front. Thanks for any ideas/input. God bless.
