4th gen Sway Bar disconnects. $80 San Diego

Had these on my 4runner for about a year and used them once. One needs pin but they are $1.50 at home depot.

How easy was it to use these on the trail?

Stop, pull the pin on both sides, go offroad. When you're done put the pin in. Very easy.
