4th gen Trun signal relay with DRL

I have a 2004 sport 4RUNNER with DRL. I need to change the OEM relay to allow use with LED bulbs and the fact the relay no longer can be heard clicking. Is there a special relay I need? Looking on Amazon I find the Diode Dynamics relay if I search. Will this work?
I found another forum thread that indicated the correct flasher has 9 or 10 pins as opposed to 8 one the DD relay.

LED conversion sometimes needs an inline resistor to match outgoing bulb.

Yes. Diode Dynamics Smart Tap will let you run LED turn signals without a resistor. You will lose your DRL functionality. You will need an adapter harness that toyota sells. Search the forum for the PN.

Or you can get the LED bulbs with built in resistors to eliminate hyperflash. Also inside the flasher relay is a silver "u" shaped loop which is a resistor for the directionals. You can little by little grind down that loop until the hyperflash goes away. I've done both to three 4runners and it has never failed yet.
