4th Gen V6 130k Maintenance

So here is what I have scheduled with my mechanic tomorrow:

1. Rear Brake Pads (last done at 90k)
2. Front and Rear Differential Fluid change with new plugs and crush washers (last done at 90k)
3. Oil Change and tire rotate
4. transmission fluid drain and fill (I bought 3 quarts of Toyota ATF) (last done at 90k)
5. Change spark plugs (last changed to denso iriduims at 40k)
6. Serpentine belt (last changed at 90k to goodyear gatorback)
7. Grease zerks for driveshaft
8. Grease door hinges

Does this all look about right? Am I doing some things too frequently? Some have said a serpentine can go 100k without needing to change. Mine squeaks mildly during cold start ups.

I don't understand how you could possibly need REAR brake pads after only having been 40k since the last time you changed them... the rears hardly do any work at all.

Some guys do change diff fluid as often as 40k miles. I usually leave it to 60k between unless its a vehicle you do a lot of towing with.

Serpentine belt, I always leave that until its showing signs of age. Not really a specific mileage. The wear on those depends heavily on how often you run the hell out of your engine and what the conditions are where you live.

It’s good to take care of your car on regular basis. But don’t you think it’s quite early and most of the things in the list can be checked by yourself like oil change or tire rotate.
