Total Weight with full tank of gas (23 gallons): 5480lbs ***edited
Total Weight with only 3 gallons of gas: 5360lbs

DF: 1420lbs PF: 1370lbs
DR: 1480lbs PR: 1420lbs

With the tank near empty the rear axle has less weight than the front - 2740lbs front and 2620lbs in the rear.

Something way off on the weight difference, a gallon of gas weights 6.3 lbs, 18 gallons of gas would come to 113.4 lbs, your difference comes to 172 lbs for the same 18 gallons of gas, that's 58.6 lbs of extra weight that can't be accounted for just with the gas difference??

Also if you add up the 4 corner weights it comes to 5690lbs, a 160 more than the weight full of gas??

How did you get these weights?

Splitting hairs really doesn’t change anything. If 100#s on any corner changes your life, there are bigger fish to fry.

Yes, you're correct 1 gallon is about 6lbs, good catch. I'll edit the weight. I mixed it up with water weight. I weighed my vehicle with the gas light on. And so I just calculated the 19.5 gallons I added and when I came back to the recycling weigh station I only had time to weigh the front axle, driver front and both tires on the driver side.

Lol. Exactly, I have 51/49 weight distribution. So the theory of the driver side being heavier that it causes lean doesn't seem true. I do have 2 more turns of preload on the driver side front and two OME 10mm trim packers on the driver rear to have the left and right side be balanced.

Yeah, you did good. Cross weights are more significant to handling than F/R split since shocks work in diagonal pairs. You can't always adjust F/R but cross weights can pretty much always be dead-on.
