would the rear lower be used for when the seats are folded down? sorry i just got a '04 tr4 and am looking for mats, I would be interested in the cargo liner as well.

Well they don't make one that covers the entire area when the seats are folded down like they do for the suburbans (i.e. a one-piece mat) BUT what I would do is use the upper mat in front of the lower mat when I had the seats down. It works pretty good that way. I would do $100 shipped (I will cover shipping) if you are interested in the set.
