4th Gens in the snow

I don't see any threads to buy the bypass module direct on here, do I just PM slyfox, is that the only module available? I'm bypassing mine when I do the headers, no first cats = no need to warm them at startup.

While I appreciate the good intentions, didn't the system leave you stranded? No offense but if you're trying to protect the "environment" you drive a lifted truck that gets 12MPG.

It has nothing to do with the environment. I just didn't want to do the bypass.

While that failed, the truck got my girlfriend home by going into limp mode and getting her home, albeit slow, she got home.

Unfortunately, I haven't had time to go play in some real snow but I took this pic when I got to work this morning. Only about 1.5" of snow but there was about .5" of ice underneath. My 4th gen did awesome as always.

Actually my daughter has the 4runner away at college, no snow there, only ice. Welcome to winters in NC.

Hope you guys don't mind the GX, it's really a fat fluffy 4Runner. The V8 AWD is simply awesome in this weather.
