4WD front wheel bearing DIY ??

so after bringing the truck to toyota dealer and them diagnosing my vibration issue as my right side wheel bearing I purchased an pre-assembled unit from Bumper2Bumper.

is it necessary to use a 3 jaw puller to remove the Hub from the CV axle or can it just be knocked loose with a heavy mallet and chisel as seen in the YouTube video.

Yep mallet will do it usually. On one side it pulled off fairly easy the other side needed persuasion (mallet) to get it off
