So I got everything put back together today with the ECGS clamshell and my ARB equipped rear diff (4.56s) and everything works great except that the 4WD lights constantly flash green. I've tried all the tips I found on this forum such as going forward to 5 mph then neutral then reverse to 5 mph, trying to engage 4WD at various speeds, etc. and nothing works. Light still flahes. I removed the ADD during the removal/install and manually confirmed that the 2WD and 4WD modes worked smoothly prior to reinstalling the ADD shift fork and its electronic connection. Everytime I turn the key off and then on again you hear the ADD trying to engage (sounds like the motor spins one way, then reverses and spins back to the 2WD setting) and after that the green light keeps flashing. Any ideas on what is wrong here? It all worked fine prior to removal for new gears. I have tried disconnecting batteries (plural!) for more than 24 hours, removing and reinserting the 4WD fuse under dash, etc. and nothing has solved it. Input is much appreciated.
