4wd HELP!!!

I recently replaced my intake plentum gasket and pulled all the vacuum hoses off and put it back together and everything worked fine... except now I get no 4wd light on the dash or actual 4wd when I shift into 4hi or 4lo . Before I did the gasket I was only getting the 4wd light on when I put it into 4hi and when it was in 4lo the light would go away but it would still work??? The weird thing is when I shift it, I can hear something electronically hooking up when I shift it into 4 wheel drive but I dont get the 4wd. Has anyone ran into an issue like this. I am wondering if it is a vacuum issue or if a solenoid went out? I would say I am a pretty decent mechanic but when it comes to vacuum and 4wd mechanical issues, it gets a little grey for me. Any help would be appreciated.

The 4WD light is lit when the ADD actuator on the front axle actually locks the front axle, Hi range or LO range. Since the lock and unlock valves use vacuum, it could be a problem with a vac hose or an electronic relay that controls them.
If you search for info on the Toyota ADD system you can find troubleshooting info.

I do hear the click of the relay under the dash and when I put it in 4lo, the transfer case does go into low gear, just no 4wd. I think it is a vacuum line issue. I need to see some pics of the way someones actual lines are connected. Here are some crappy cell phone pics of what I got going on. I think the one on the passenger side is missing a hose. Let me know if you got some advise for me.
