4wd sensors

Ok I'm trying to find the 4 sensors that would possibly make my 4wd not work. I know there is one in the front differential, two right above the transfer case actuator and where is the 4th? I've checked the other three and they all check ok. I just need to check that 4th one.

99 4wd. Light just flashes for 4wd constantly. Checked 3 sensors all ok. Check actuator front and rear check ok. Checked vac lines in front check ok. Is their a vac line on rear actuator or is that a breatger?

My 99 limited has one on the front diff. Two on the actuator. And three at the top of the transfer case at the J shifter. 2 on driver and 1 on passenger. I'm still working on fixing my 4wd as well.
