4x4 not engaging '02 4runner

I have an '02 4Runner Badlands edition. Just went to test out the 4x4 to make sure it's running. 4x4 won't engage. All four lights flashing on the tires on dashboard. any suggestions?

It could be the vacuum line that goes to the actuator on the transfer case. What is a badlands edition, post a pic if u have one

Thanks I'll check it out. Badlands just comes w/ some fender flares and a few small things here and there, hood scoop etc. I'll try and get some pics up soon. Just joined today

No vacuum on an '02 (electric ADD actuator).

Yes. Engage 4x4 then make a right turn, should engage about half way thru the turn. To disengage, hit the button and make a left turn. Luck!
