4xinnovations front bumper lights

Anybody with the front 4xinnovations bumper i am curious what kind and what size lights you put in front lighting holes the have they have provided with the bumper? My current headlights are pretty weak and would like to have a combo with fog and driving lights since there are mounting places for both in the bumper. Thanks
