There was a guy on Yotatech that did the swap (Toyota v6 to Ford Mustang 5.0) several years ago. He had to make several custom parts himself (brakets, radiator, mounts, transmission adapters, drive shaft mods, etc), and he was lucky to have access to a machine shop. There were others that put in 350's and even Toyota V8's. This is a big undertaking be forwarned. There are many issues you will run into not the least of which is dealing with both metric and standard parts. If you have the time and patients its a great project, help a budy many years ago put a highly modified 351 into a 911, took about two years and man was it a rocket.
