5" backspace???

Looking at the 18x9 KMC Backseats. 5" backspace and 0 offset are the specs. Will this clear?

PS ~ My setup includes Cornfed 3/2 and spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers (which I'm guessing will get ditched if these rims work). Definitely want to stick to the Cooper STT's which comes in a 275/65/18 and 275/70/18.
