Definetly professionally installed on mine and it was done using Llumar tint which is the same I had on my Eclipse and with that car the tint was fine even after 10 years and only needed the passenger window to be re-done and was covered by the warranty.

The place i went to had no problem doing illegal tinting you just had to pay cash.

I had mine professionally done too.

Most places around here will tint your vehicle any way you want it. If it's illegal, they just charge a little more.
