5% Tint

I just got 20% on my fronts, and i was wondering if anyone else had gotten 5% on the backs because i've been considering it.

If you would send me some pictures, and what your thoughts are on it.

Is 5% legal there? Why not just paint the windows black?

I had 5% on my back window but peeled it off because it was too hard to see out of at night. A lot of people who have 5% on the back windows say the same thing. The factory reverse lights just don't put out enough light for tint that dark. At night it is just like having the window painted black. I guess you could just roll down the back window though

It's not extremely terrible at night. If you try to reverse on an unlit street then you will definitely have problems, but as long as there is a source of light close by you should be fine.

And yeah i'd definetly be rollin em down at night, unless its raining then your in for a long one.

I have %2 on the back windows and %5 on the front windows. It can be a pain if backing up in the dark like others said but I'll just roll the window down or use my backup camera :wow:
