So went up to browns with a few tacoma world guys had a blast but damage report leaking front diff cv axel cb antena(2nd one in 6 months damn it) and lists of rock rash from stick in the nose where I had to get winched out. But got my new stereo in and works great! I'll post some pics of a jeep that attempted archers firebreak waterfall and broke an axel.
 
Sounds like a great time was had!

As far as a CB antenna here's the one I'm using ...

Most of our east coast trails have lots of tree branch over-hangs, and antennas take a beating. My Wilson Flex has been through the worse, and keeps on rocking. I also have mine mounted at the top of my roof rack. Better location for transmitting/receiving, but does leave it exposed to more hits.

Well the runners going to be on hold for a little while. My grandpa just gave me his boat so I'm going to get that going and have some family fun.

So kinda tossing the idea around for putting a turbo where the cat is... A lot cheaper then a 3.4 swap and I just want a little more power. We shall see

Swap first. Once you start down this road there's no stopping until you hit the end, and if you start building the 3VZE you're going to be pissed when the end comes a lot sooner than you want. If you're going to mod for power, start with a motor worth modding.

I need an excuse for a new engine. The "I need more power and gas millage" isn't working on the fiancé right now so If I blow the 3.0 up I'm just that much closer to having a turbo charged 3.4!
 
well its been a long while but i think i have a 3.4 swap now.. unfortunately enough this happened to our 97...

Well it's been a long time but I'm back and will be posting pictures soon of my 3.4 swap donor. Got the fiancé a new rig and we got a new copilot.
 
Here's the new copilot. Well Ive got an ecu coming for the swap going to buy a clutch and some more little stuff here soon. It's coming along slowly but surely
