I have an '08 Sport and there's no "silver thing". Was it part of some other visual package?

Haha that silver thingy is just a piece of painted bumper that Toyota did for Sport Models for either 03'-05' or 04'-05' so you could either just paint a piece of your bumper that or get an 05' sport edition bumper set. (the latter choice might not fit due to the different fender/wheel-well shape from 05' to 06')

Silver thing at the back is 95 CAD at dealership. Why would you need aftermarket one? The front one is more money - 180 CAD (probably more demand). Not sure, though, about aftermarket stuff.

My white '04 SR5 has the silver trim on the front and the back. I do not think it is exclusive to the Sport.

But, then again, for some reason I picked up my truck (used) with a lot of non SR5 features-
