our credit union financed our 4runner when we bought it back in 2010 -it is a 97... it all depends on the institution and how much you are willing to put down and of course your credit.

It is from NH so I would request tons of undercarriage pics. Just looking at that throttle body bracket indicates that the truck may have seen some salt every so often.
