How fast can you go while on 4Lo and in 4Hi? In my previous Jeep Wrangler 4 door, 4Hi was okay up to about 55MPH, and not sure about 4Lo, but would like to know! Thanks

4H you can go as fast as you like...

4L is really for crawling... and up to about 30mph.. it will probably go faster, just not what it is for.

You are suppose to be ~40mph or below to shift in/out of 4H. Must be stopped in neutral to go in/out 4L.

Okay, I'm going to ask a stupid question. Why is there Neutral on the 4x4 shift knob? Why do they have neutral when an automatic transmission already has Neutral?

Sorry for the noob question. 4x4 are new to me.
