5th Gen 20" wheels/tires matching 4th Gen tire diameter

I'm looking to get some 5th Gen 20" Limited wheels (7" width 15mm offset) and I wanted to get a tire size to match as close as possible to my 265/65-17 tires. Would 265/50-20 tires fit ok on the 20" limited wheels? Is there a better size that matches closer to the 4th Gen diameter?
