Hey guys,
Just got an update on this.
Unfortunately the rears are postponed for the time being. They really want to make these, but given the limited additional clearance without cutting, it'll be put on hold for now. After my next trip, I'll send the truck back down without my rear bumper to make it easier for them to mock up.
For the fronts, these are already in progress. I'll have my fronts done by July 28, which is when I'm planning on picking the truck back up. I'll post up progress photos when I get them.
Snorkel version- also definitely happening, however it would be easier for them to have someone local with a snorkel already mounted so they can finalize the design. After my truck is done, if there are any volunteers I will reach out to them for you. They will need a truck for about 2 days.
Pretty excited to pick up the truck. It's been a long two months.....

The process takes forever. I asked 2 local companies if they would consider doing a production run and they said yes but would need my truck for about a 1 month, if not longer, to mock up a production set. The other company said they could make a set for the front for $3K...

Untitled by ADV T4R, on FlickrMockups are coming along nicely. The final product will be finished in a few days. Again, these were built as subtle as possible while keeping the same factory lines. If someone else is interested in something more aggressive this might not fit the bill. This will fit most mid travel with 35" tires, some LT setups and retain factory fit. For reference the wheels on the truck are 17x9 -38mm with 305/70/17's (34x12.5).
- Specs are about a 2.5" wider than stock, kept very close to the factory bulge. If you look closely, the shelf (near the hood) is pushed out about 1", and another 1.5" is gained from eliminating the inner portion of the fender. The yellow in the picture between the fender is actually foam, the inner lip will be about 1/4" when complete.
- No rise, since the rears might not make it to production it will keep it looking factory. Tested with King extended travel on full compression, no rub. They also looked at most of the wear points on my factory fenders to tweak the design a bit.
- Bottom fender mount will still be relocated, not shown in this photo.
- Snorkel version is a very high priority. If anyone is available for test fitting they would like a truck in after mine is out.
Some things that didn't make the cut:
- 1" rise didn't happen.
- Not looking into inner fender liner integration, will likely need to be DIY.
- Pricing will be $600/pair + $150ish shipping. To make these to production they will need 10 committed orders with a 50% deposit. Otherwise these will just be personal one-offs for myself.
I'm pretty anxious to pick the truck back up for my trip in a couple weeks. Excited to show the finished product to everyone!

Are you planning to cut off that lower fender mount? (the triangular shaped metal with the bolt through it). I cut my driver side off and hammered the "squarish" bracket upwards a little more. The fender was loose after removing the bolt and mount, but the hammering of the bracket seemed to put enough pressure on the fender to firm it up.
I'm interested...assuming that price is just for the fenders with a primer coat? or is paint included?

Yes, the lower fender mount isn't finished just yet, they weren't able to do that section with the fender on the car. Same with the section near the corner of the headlight. They'll be relocating that lower mount and also blending in the factory rocker cap.
The fenders will come with a high quality white gel coat. For darker colors you can request black or gray. The gel coat may be a close match to Super White, but I'd still recommend priming and painting it.
Sounds good. You'd need to leave your truck there for about a week give or take. Since the fender design is already built, they just need to check fit and mounting of the ARB snorkel. It would save a little more time if the inner fender liner is also removed prior to bringing it in. Let me know if you're still interested, and I'll link up with you.
Correct. Waiting on some final details, but they can take phone orders as early as next week once the truck is fully completed.

It all depends on where the shop is located. I don't mind leaving my truck for a week, but again it depends on where they are located.
