5th Gen Drivers seat bolt (Popping)

Hello all,
I have a 2021 limited and a 2022 SR5 4x4 and both are displaying the same issue.
About a year ago while driving my wife's Limited I noticed a poppong at the front seat rail neer the door ,I popped off the plastic cover and noticed the seat track had play under the shoulder of the bolt.I tried to tighten and it was already tight . I removed it and put a 1/8th " fender washer and retightened back down fast forward a year now mine is doing the same thing ! So I told my wife mine is now doing it and she replied mine has been doing it again for a couple of months now .
It didn't hit home until last week I got in a rental ( 2022 SR5) and noticed it doing the exact same thing .. What is the correct fix for this and has anyone else had this problem?
Both my 2021 and 22 have only about 32l on them.

Have you tried a new bolt with washer above and below seat rail?

I'll find it hard to believe that no one else has this problem I haven't talked to a gentleman at the dealership yesterday he said it's a common problem and to basically put washers under it which is what I did I'm just wondering if there's more permanent fix

Sooo.... What are you saying?? Im 210 on good day this isnt weight related I'm thinking.

This seems to be a safety issue the dealer should address at no cost to you.

I guess its at the same level as the front trim plastics popping out at the front bumper if iits a big enough deal for you then you fix it yourself . Toyata said they can fix it under warranty bu I'd have to leave it for a couple of days .
Just like the bumper plastic they talked me out of them fixing it by makeing it so inconveient . drop it off for 2 days and no guarrantee it will be fixed and not pop again.

As several of the previous posts state, the bolt it tight.

I'm not sure what the problem my be, but I suspect it is the captive nut in the frame that is somehow loose.

Just rented a 23 TRDP and it took some rocking but it was loose as well just enough pop to know its there.
If you pop off the plastic cap and put your finger on the bolt it pops at the seat frame not the bolt itself.

So the frame is not pressed into the body tight enough by the bolt? Would some washers help?

Yes washers work but you have to make the washers fit perfectly on top of the nutsert in the floorpan if not it does nothing.

I don't have any popping noise from the seat (2021 TRD ORP w/23k miles). But I do have a sorta grinding noise when I'm moving the seat back or forward in the rails. Sounds like something is caught in the rails. This is when the seats are empty. Haven't found anything in there yet and we keep a pretty clean truck.
