2021 limited front bumper fastner

Hello all on my wife's limited the front bumper wrap pops out at the edge When we bought it the dealership did something and fixed it now it has popped out again . It snaps back in place but easily pops back out. Seeing how it's a flaw because I notice more and more of the popped out Can we make The factory replace the part?
I did see that there was a velcro fix has anyone done that ?
My 22 SR5 hasn't developed the issue yet . Neither have 25 k on them.
Anyone have a suggestion?

Last summer I had that edge pop apart when I nudged a snow bank when off roading. In my case, it also tore the edge of the wheel well liner so I had to replace the liner and many of the clips and push pins for the liner and the wheel arch molding.

Agree that the seam between the bumper cover and the fender is weak and prone to coming apart.

I would suggest that you inspect the edges of the wheel well liner to be sure all the parts line up properly and all fasteners are in. You might undo those clips to release any tension on the bumper cover, snap the bumper cover into the fender, then reattach the liner. Have some extra clips and push pins on hand for they tend to get brittle over time and break.

I doubt that you will get warranty service for a problem that long in the past.

Worth a try. The dealer may say you must have run into something, just like the snow bank I described above; didn't leave a mark on the bumper cover.

In my experience, dealerships sometimes address these issues, but it's worth checking with them again. If it's a recurring problem, you could indeed explore the possibility of having the factory replace the part, especially if it's still under warranty.

As for the velcro fix, I've heard about it but haven't personally tried it. Some folks in the community swear by it, so it might be worth a shot if you're looking for a temporary solution.
