It does, I just cut a slit and ran my wires through where the red X is (not my picture but they marked where I ran mine through)
As for the wiring I ran the relay harnesses off the battery, the only wire that I had to tap was the illumination light, and I tapped the illumination wire on the wiper heater switch for both. I didn't use any fuse taps for the light bar or ditch lights
