its about right if you use oem headlights, also if its permaseal vs butyl, its the labor that makes the cost high. remember quality work last longer than a cheap amateur job.

Cheap amateur job? As if the OEM toyota assemblies/lights only have the output of a candle on a windy night? I like the truck to stand out and look different, but not for $1400. I can find a lot more uses for $1400 than to make my 4R look like an Acura.
