This thread already covered A TON of the reasons why the JGC is mostly worse than the 4Runner.
Anything made by Chrysler that ISN'T a complete 100% rebuild from the ground up using Fiat's technology is still subject to Chrysler's "wonderful reliability..."
Plain and simple, Chrysler was such a great car company, Mercedes Benz couldn't sell them off in '07 when VW/Audi was buying every brand they could get their hands on at the time, they needed two bailouts, and now they're called Fiat.
